It’s so important to take time out and reboot our system, especially under the current situation so we would love to guide you through some tools and practices that can be lifesavers for our mental and emotional health.
The Centre of Wellbeing is partnering with Vegan Buddha to bring you an empowering experience that will fire you up for the days ahead.
(Note: We will be a small group but will require a minimum of 4 attendees to run the event.)

Sweet Talks happen on the third Thursday of every month and are a wonderfully informal way to discover new therapies, practices, services and products to support wellbeing.We invite people from the community to share their lived experiences with us, which, in turn, enables us all to be better informed, more compassionate and form wider perspectives on subjects that are often misunderstood or miscommunicated.Join us in person at 7.30pm at Vegan Buddha or at 8pm on Zoom – FREE to members, visitors welcome at £15pp
